Use of machine lock lever
1. Lower the drill pipe to make the drill to the working face.
2. After the drill bit is placed at the bottom of the hole, operate the power head to make the drill pipe rotate forward slowly, and at the same time, operate the power head pressurizing cylinder to pressurize downward to find the pressurizing lock. The load of the power head rises obviously (the pressure of the power head motor rises suddenly and the rotation speed of the power head decreases obviously). At this time, the power head pressurizing cylinder stops pressurizing, and the power head continues to rotate forward for 1-2 revolutions, Make sure that the lower end face of the key plate in the drive sleeve and the outer pressure surface of the drill pipe are fully fitted (fully locked). Continue to press drilling until the bit is full.
