INTRODUCTION
Problems during casing running:
1. The drill pipe is too long, single section 18.5m
2. After the drill pipe is connected to the drill bit, the machine will lift the drill pipe to the highest position. The maximum height of the drill bit from the ground is about 1.5m, which is too short to drive the 2m section of casing.
Treatment method: first lower the 4m section casing, first drill a hole with a diameter of 1.2m and a depth of about 2m with a sand bailer (1m in diameter) and a hole expander on site, and then lift the 4m section into the hole with a crane. This time, instead of removing the drill bucket, use the power head to drive the flower tube to press the 4m section downward, press the 4m section into the casing about 1.5m above the ground, and then lift the drill pipe to lift the drill bucket into the casing, Align the drive cone with the 4m male joint of the casing, and then fish the slag after installation.
